Responsibilities:
Internal communications: writing news, texts, articles, etc.
Work with corporate channels: newsletters, wiki spaces, messengers, dashboards, social media, etc.
Develop HR brand and HR communications through various tools and approaches, including career portal, job portals, IT resources, etc.
Help in setting up corporate rules and cultures to implement international standards
Work on marketing and design materials and standards in cooperation with other HR team members
What we expect:
Experience in working in IT companies in marketing or HR roles
HR marketing or HR communications experience strongly preferred
Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Russian
Advanced communication and collaboration skills
Ability to create unique news using different information sources within the company
Friendly, flexible, and open-minded personality
Creativity and innovation
Extensive experience in social media
Interest in IT and Life Sciences, comfortable with IT tools
Design experience is a plus
Nice to have:
Technical and/or PR education
High-level understanding of technology trends and our tech stack (to see our stack, check out our website)
